Conditions of Purchase
By placing an order on this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The details presented and images shown are for information purposes only. All dimensions, sizes and weights are deemed to be approximate. Manufacturers and suppliers reserve their rite to change the specifications of their goods.
Your Order
You can also place orders by phone, fax, email or by post, please see our Contact page for details. Upon placing an order online, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to show that we are in receipt. No contract is entered with you until the order is reviewed and accepted by us. We normally carry all items in stock but In the unlikely event that we await restocking, we will place the goods on back order for you and dispatch the them as soon as they are received. No charges will be taken from your credit or debit card until the goods are sent to you unless they are by way of a special order which we have your prior agreement to. Should for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you to discuss the reason with you. We maintain our rite to decline any order submitted, for any reason that we feel valid to protect our position. It is unlikely that this would occur, common reasons would be attempted fraud, products no longer being available to us from suppliers or errors in pricing etc.
Prices
All prices and delivery costs are in GB Pounds and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate.
Payment
We accept various means of payment including credit cards, debit cards, personal cheques and Postal Orders - payable to "Spotty Dog Tackle Ltd.". During checkout you will be transferred to a secure payment server where your details will be requested. Please state the address where your credit or debit card is registered to; this is necessary for the clearance process of your payment. You may choose to deliver to a different address by choosing the appropriate option. Please state a telephone number to allow us to contact you should there be a problem with the payment processing. Personal cheques may take up to five working days for clearance before goods can be dispatched. Spotty Dog Tackle Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against your purchases, no cash refund if purchase is to a lesser value.
Delivery
We will get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Goods will be despatched where possible the same day as the order is placed. Delivery costs are combined to give the cheapest possible. Our checkout will apply these costs automatically to your order when you state the delivery destination. For standard deliveries within the UK, please leave up to 7 working days before contacting us if there has been a delay. All deliveries require a signature upon arrival at your address unless an otherwise prior agreement has been made.
Acceptance of Goods
You must inspect the goods when they arrive to check that they have not been damaged in transit. If the goods are obviously damaged, please do not accept them from the carrier. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is any problem.
Customer Service & Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us within 7 days, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price of the item. You remain responsible for items until they are received and accepted at our premises and for their return cost.
Law
Any and all transactions are specifically made under the applicable Laws of England and Wales.
