I just thought I'd take the time to write a big thanks for suggesting I try out a rod I bought recently; but was unsure because of the 'feel and look' etc. I must say, the Suveran Pro 12-20lbs is brilliant. On Monday I ordered a pair of rods from Spotty Dog Tackle, they arrived on Tuesday. Excellent. Close inspection showed one of the rods had the wrong reducer with it. I rang them on Wednesday and explained the problem. On Thursday I recieved through the post the correct reducer along with pre-paid packaging for the return of the wrong one. Absolutely superb service. I'd recommend them to anyone buying mail order. Kagger

I just wanted to say thank you for the kind hospitality you showed me on Saturday - the cup of tea was most welcome - and to let you know that I will be coming back to you for that boat rod and reel combination. I was sorely tempted to return on Saturday afternoon but I even now can't make up my mind between the feel of the Suveran and the value of the Fladen solid carbon rod.
